POLICY

SEDANS - Pick-ups prior to 7am must be cancelled 12 hours in advance to avoid full charge.  SEDAN and SUV must cancel 4 hours prior to pick-up time to avoid full charge

Driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is dangerous and illegal.  This policy addresses the use of drugs and alcohol at work, working while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and abuse of drugs or alcohol outside of work.

Policy:

• Drivers must obey all applicable laws, including those related to driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
• Drivers must not under any circumstances consume drugs or alcohol while on the job, whether operating vehicles or performing other tasks.
• Drivers must not consume alcohol less the eight hours before their next scheduled shift and must not attend work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Drug and alcohol abuse affects all aspects of a person's life, including their performance at work.  Abuse of drugs or alcohol that affects an employee's performance at work will not be tolerated.
• You are required to take a random drug/alcohol test at the request of Randy's Transportation Services.
• You are required to take a drug/alcohol test after any infraction, within one hour.

Any abuse or neglect of these rules will be just cause for immediate termination.

Randy's Transportation Services provides a passenger an opportunity to require a wheelchair accessible vehicle.  If a wheelchair accessible vehicle cannot be provided, the company shall direct the requesting passenger to an alternate provider of wheelchair accessible service, if available.  Randy's Transportation Services does not impose an additional charge for transportation of individuals with physical disabilities.

Sec. 2402.112 NONDISCRIMINATION: ACCESSIBILITY

1. Discriminating of the basis of a passenger's or potential passenger's location or destination, race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, disability, or age;  and
2. refusing to provide service to a potential passenger with a service animal.
